if you have -any- entries missing all three of these: first name, last name & company, you may be missing one or more contacts. Fix these contacts in Microsoft Outlook (or Outlook Web Access) and wait a few minutes to see if they appear. If not, you should perform a full resync of your BlackBerry to BES/Exchange.
