Please follow these steps to reset the password on the Talkswitch back to nothing:

1) Connect to the Talkswitch via USB on a PC that has the Talkswitch software installed.

2) With the Talkswitch configuration software completely closed down, browse to C:\Program Files\TalkSwitch\TalkSwitch Configuration 6.11\Utilities and open the USBTerminal.exe

3) Highlight the MAC address of the Talkswitch unit and click Connect to Unit.

4) In the text bar at the bottom, type  AT|!TS=00001588,  and press ENTER. Note that the command starts with AT and ends with the comma.

5) When you see OK in the window, close the Terminal Window and connect in the software again: you should not be prompted for a password.
